Mi trabajo final de postgrado (TFP) parte del papel histórico que han tenido y tienen las asociaciones y organizaciones como motor del cambio positivo en la sociedad, satisfaciendo necesidades no cubiertas por los mercados o del propio Estado. Las capacidades que estas tienen para movilizar recursos económicos y humanos las convierten en elementos esenciales para la construcción de un mundo más igualitario, saludable, inclusivo y sostenible para la sociedad. |

El meu treball final de postgrau (TFP) parteix del paper històric que han tingut i tenen les associacions i organitzacions com a motor del canvi positiu a la societat, satisfent necessitats no cobertes pels mercats o del mateix Estat. Les capacitats que tenen per mobilitzar recursos econòmics i humans es converteixen en elements essencials per a la construcció d'un món més igualitari, saludable, inclusiu i sostenible per a la societat. Fomentar i incorporar els valors de l'economia social i solidària des d'una perspectiva ecofeminista implica un valor afegit a tot això i des d'aquesta perspectiva neix "Emovere". Una associació creada per i per a dones. Empoderant-les en els seus projectes, ampliant mercats dins de contextos empresarials com els financers, comercials o tecnològics i no relegant-les només a l'àmbit social; trencant amb la invisibilitat, teixint xarxes entre elles i promovent espais per alliberar la càrrega emocional generada pels estereotips imposats per la societat. "Emovere" vol ser un referent que contribueix a provocar, agitar, transformar i educar per al canvi social. |

My final postgraduate project (TFP) is based on the historical role that companies and organizations have had and have as a driver of positive changes in society, satisfying needs not covered by the markets or the State itself. The capacities they have to mobilize economic and human resources make them essential elements for the construction of a more egalitarian, healthy, inclusive and sustainable world for society. Promoting and incorporating the values of the social and solidarity economy from an ecofeminist perspective implies adding value to all of everything stated above, and from this perspective "Emovere" emerged. An association created by and for women. Empowering them in their projects, expanding markets within business contexts such as financial, commercial or technological and not relegating them only to the social sphere; breaking with invisibility, weaving networks between them and promoting spaces to release the emotional toll generated by the stereotypes imposed by society. "Emovere" wants to be a reference that contributes to provoke, agitate, transform and re-educate society for a social change. |
