Los manuscritos de las obras de Alfonso X siguen ofreciendo interrogantes sobre los que no se han dado respuesta o esta puede ofrecer un debate. Es el caso de la Cuarta Partida del ms. VTR/4/6 de la BNE, sobre el que se debate acerca de la fecha de su copia y que intentaremos demostrar que se realizó a finales del siglo XIII por un copista con dialecto navarroaragonés. Para ello, lo confrontaremos no solo con este mismo manuscrito, que incluye también la Primera Partida, sino con otros como la versión del Libro de las Leyes, que se halla en la British Library de Londres, y las copias de la Primera y de la Cuarta Partida del ms. MSS/12793, que se encuentra en la Biblioteca Nacional de España. Para esta comparación, se seleccionarán elementos propios de esta época y se realizará un análisis estadístico, que permitirá determinar si esta copia fue realizada o no en dicho periodo, además de otros que confirmarán el dialecto del copista. |

The manuscripts of Alfonso X's works continue to offer questions on which no answer has been given or are open to debate. This happens with the Fourth Part of the BNE VTR/4/6 manuscript, about which the date of this copy is debated and which we will try to show that it was made at the end of the 13th century by a copyist with Navarro-Aragonese dialect. For this, we will compare it not only with this same manuscript, which also includes the First Part, but with others such as the version of the Book of Laws, which is the British Library in London, and the copies of the First and the Fourth Parts of the MSS/12793 manuscript, which is in the National Library of Spain. For this comparison, we have selected typical elements of this period and we carried out a statistical analysis, which will determine if this version was copied or not in this period, as well as others that will confirm the copyist dialect. |
