Resumen:	Aquest treball té com a objectiu principal analitzar el col·lectiu de voluntaris que actualment opera en el Circuit de Catalunya, examinant el seu marc regulador i determinant si compleix amb els requisits essencials per a ser considerat voluntariat o si, per contra, presenta característiques pròpies d'una relació laboral.
Resumen:	Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal analizar el colectivo de voluntarios que actualmente opera en el Circuito de Cataluña, examinando su marco regulador y determinando si cumple con los requisitos esenciales para ser considerado voluntariado o si, por el contrario, presenta características propias de una relación laboral.
Resumen:	The main objective of this work is to analyze the group of volunteers that currently operate in the Circuit de Catalunya, examining its regulatory framework and determining whether it meets the essential requirements to be considered volunteering or if, on the contrary, it presents characteristics of a work relationship. To do so, the study will focus on the key aspects that differentiate the voluntary nature of the work, such as the nature of the relationship, the existence of a possible remuneration and the obligations assumed by the parties. Through this analysis, it seeks to respond to the following hypothesis: the current regulation is adequate and in accordance with the voluntary nature of the activity, or should it be considered a relationship of a work nature? The research will be based on the study of the applicable regulations and on the collection of testimonies from the sector to provide a reasoned and objective vision of the current situation of this group.
