Abstract:	En este trabajo, que tiene carácter descriptivo y contrastivo, se propone un estudio práctico del paratexto en la traducción literaria, utilizando como corpus de investigación los elementos paratextuales que acompañan a dos traducciones al español de la antología poética china Shi Jing. El artículo viene estructurado en tres partes. En la Introducción, revisamos la noción del paratexto y exponemos el método del estudio. La segunda parte consiste en la presentación del corpus, compuesto por la antología Shi Jing y sus dos traducciones completas al español. En la última, analizamos de manera detallada los elementos paratextuales que están dotados con mayor carga de significado en nuestro trabajo, estos son: la cubierta, los prólogos y las notas al pie.
Abstract:	This paper, which is descriptive and contrastive in nature, proposes a practical study of paratext in literary translation, using as a research corpus the paratextual elements that accompany two Spanish translations of the Chinese poetic anthology Shi Jing. The article is structured in three parts. In the Introduction, we review the notion of paratext and present the method of the study. The second part consists of the presentation of the corpus, composed of the anthology Shi Jing and its two complete translations into Spanish. In the last part, we analyze in detail the paratextual elements that are endowed with a greater load of meaning in our work: the cover, the prologues and the footnotes.
