Resum:	Este artículo ejemplifica una tensión del orden mundial emergente: la que se establece entre la racionalidad económica y la racionalidad social. Para hacerlo se presenta la descripción que la Asociación Nacional Pro-Referendo Ley 100 (ANPR) hace del Sistema de Salud colombiano en un texto titulado "Documento parcial preparatorio". Del mismo se resaltan las metáforas que dibujan la tensión mencionada, los actores que intervienen en ella y una acción política propuesta. Adicionalmente se emplean la imagen del cyborg (Haraway, 1991), la idea del contrato de simbiosis (Serres, 1990) y el concepto de gobierno de las organizaciones (Schvarstein, 2003) para traducir el discurso de la asociación y abrir horizontes de interpretación. Se espera que este artículo no sea tomado como un reflejo de la realidad del sistema de salud o el nuevo orden mundial, sino como una lectura posible que debe ser repensada y ampliada con nuevas miradas. This article exemplifies a kind of tension that has been caused by the emergent world order; specifically, the one that has been established between the economic and social rationalities. In order to do so, it portrays the description that the "Asociación Nacional Pro-Referendo Ley 100" (ANPR) made of the Colombia's Health System in an article called: "Documento Parcial Preparatorio". From this article we can highlight some metaphores that exemplify the before metioned tension, the actors involve in it and the proposed political action. In addition to that, there is a use of the cyborg image (Haraway,1991), the idea of the symbiotic contract (Serres, 1990), and the concept of the organizational government (Schvarstein, 2003) to translate the ANPR's discourse and seek new ways of thinking. This article should not be taken as a reflection of the Health System's reality. Instead, it should be taken as a possible reading to be given a second thought in order to produce a broader vision of the situation and a new point of view.
