Aquest article intenta presentar, d'una manera força somera, els diferents problemes i mancances que tenen origen en la legislació que afecta al que anomenem Patrimoni Cultural i Patrimoni Natural. El present treball parteix de la consideració que per a una millor gestió i coneixement del patrimoni cultural existent al medi natural cal no desvincular-lo del patrimoni natural, com s'ha anat fent fins avui en dia a tots nivells: legislatiu, administratiu i didàctic. |

This paper presents the different problems and deficiencies that have their origin in the laws of cultural and natural heritage. This paper begins from the consideration that for a best management and knowledge of the cultural heritage that there is in the environment it is necessary not to separate this from the natural heritage. |
