Los autores de este artículo pretenden abundar sobre los aspectos del melodrama a partir de la producción y el estilo fílmico del cineasta español Pedro Almodóvar. El propósito principal del trabajo es proponer como modo de identificación, la tendencia que tiene la gente latina de preferir principalmente aquello que se relaciona con los modos de explorar los sentimientos.
With the primary focus on the Pedro Almodóvar's films, the authors of this paper aim to elucidate some aspects of the melodrama. Their main concern is the identifcation of melodramatic taste as a standard characteristic related to the way of feeling of Latin people.
