La negociación colectiva puede tener un papel en la mejora de la productividad laboral a través de diferentes mecanismos. Siendo la variable sectorial clave para entender las dinámicas de las relaciones laborales, se plantea en este artículo un análisis de cuatro sectores de la economía española para observar de qué manera la productividad puede ser resultado de la negociación colectiva.
La negociació col·lectiva pot tenir un paper en la millora de la productivitat laboral a través de diferents mecanismes. Sent la variable sectorial clau per entendre les dinàmiques de les relacions laborals, es planteja en aquest article una anàlisi de quatre sectors de l'economia espanyola per observar de quina manera la productivitat pot esdevenir un resultat de la negociació col·lectiva.
Collective bargaining can play a role improving labor productivity through different mechanisms. Being the sectorial variable key to understand the dynamics of industrial relations, this article proposes an analysis of four sectors of the Spanish economy to observe how productivity can be the result of collective bargaining.

This Thesis analises the diferent impacts of NAFTA on the Mexican audiovisual industry. The approach focuses first in structures and dinamics of the world-sistem and «world-economy» (econom'a-mundo) manly in the role of the transnational cultural industries in the contexts of the global capitalism; second, the work goes to the negociations and logics tha set NAFTA, at the same time the Thesis go deeper in the items related to the audiovisual industries; third, on general State policies and in particular on communications policies (the logics of the construction of these policies and their political context); fourth, on the economic growth of the industry (principal actors) and their concentration (by subsector and in general), on the sources of the new foreign capital involved and; finaly, on the role of public institutions vs private capital.
