The aim of this study was to explore the effects of the Italian COVID-19 lockdown on the cat-owner relationship and on cat behaviour. Producte d'aquest tipus d'incidents, es desprenen importants conseqüències, dins de les quals es troben les lesions físiques, traumes psicològics, transmissió de zoonosi, infeccions posteriors a les mossegades i costos econòmics, tant per l'estat de país en qüestió, com per a les pròpies víctimes d'aquests episodis. Las mordeduras caninas son un importante problema de salud pública a nivel mundial. Producto de este tipo de incidentes, se desprenden importantes consecuencias, dentro de las cuales se encuentran las lesiones físicas, traumas psicológicos, transmisión de zoonosis, infecciones posteriores a las mordeduras y costos económicos, tanto para el estado del país en cuestión, como para las propias víctimas de dichos episodios.
