In this project, a simulator has been implemented in Java at discrete events in order to identify the over-workload that a cockpit pilot must perform during the approach phase. The time-independent variable update mechanism is an adaptation of the "Activity Exploration" policy where both conditional event-specific matches and generic conditions of ability of pilots' mental activity are considered.
