Resum:	Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar el marco normativo de la Política de Infancia en Chile revisando, principalmente, la relación del Estado y las Instituciones colaboradoras. Contextualizamos el desarrollo de la acción pública, es decir, los procesos de modernización del Estado, la privatización de sus funciones y la lógica de las Políticas tercerizadas referidas a la Infancia. A través de un análisis de repertorios interpretativos exponemos la caracterización de tres términos: (a) Colaborador acreditado, (b) Licitación-Subvención-Convenio y (c) Menor. De este modo, es posible describir las condiciones de la Política de Infancia, centrada en la Nueva Gestión Pública, donde la tercerización de la acción estatal en la Política Social de Infancia se ha situado como un elemento central del funcionamiento del Estado en Chile.
Resum:	The purpose of this work is to analyze the regulatory framework of the Child Policy in Chile, mainly reviewing the relationship between the State and the collaborating Institutions. We contextualized the development of public action, i. e. , the processes of modernization of the State, the privatization of its functions, and the logic of the Outsourcing Policies related to Childhood. Through an analysis of interpretative repertoires, we explain the characterization of three terms: (a) Accredited collaborator, (b) Tender-Subsidy-Agreement and (c) Minor. In this way, it is possible to describe the conditions of the Childhood Policy, focused on New Public Management, where the outsourcing of state action in Childhood Social Policy has been placed as a central element in the functioning of the State in Chile.
