The present study intends to look into the image of science of science students' at university level. We discuss previous articles and then we present our treatment of the subject as well as some results. We studied three groups of biology and geology students who were attending Elementary Physics courses with different teaching strategies. Our work was qualitative and exploratory and we didn't start from set categories to analyse the data. We show categories about what students think the goals of science are and an analysis about their vision of how theories change. |
