Tránsito del conocimiento y acceso a la Red : ¿Un nuevo espacio a recorrer?

Resum:	Las características de transparencia, horizontalidad, interactividad y su potencialidad para democratizar la información, la comunicación y el conocimiento atribuidas a las NTIC, han dado lugar a un discurso dominante aislado del contexto y organización social en que estas se desarrollan, estableciendo una relación causal casi directa entre el uso de las nuevas tecnologías que dan acceso a una gran masa de información y el acceso al conocimiento. A pesar de que el argumento de base para la integración de las TIC en el desarrollo es el valor de la información y la comunicación, el tránsito hacia el conocimiento requiere de más factores. La ecuación acceso = conocimiento que prevalece en el "discurso oficial" obvia que para encontrar la información adecuada, se requiere del conocimiento previo que permita formular las preguntas de información pertinente, identificar y comprender las respuestas.
Resum:	The characteristics of transparency, horizontality, interactivity and its potentiality to be democratic the information, the communication and the knowledge attributed to the NTIC, have given rise to an isolated dominant speech of the context and social organization in which these are developed, establishing an almost direct causal relation between the use of the new technologies that give to access to a great mass of information and the access to the knowledge. Although the argument of base for the integration of the TIC in the development is the value of the information and the communication, the transit towards knowledge requires more factors. The equation access=knowledge that prevails in the "obvious ofcial speech" that to fnd the information suitable is required of the previous knowledge that allows to formulate the questions of pertinent information, to identify and to include/understand the answers.
