La preparación del personal docente para el enfrentamiento al cambio climático, responde a las transformaciones y exigencias sociales del sistema educacional en el III perfeccionamiento, representando una tarea necesaria y de impacto para la sociedad cubana. Constituye objetivo del artículo, ofrecer una propuesta de multimedia que contribuya a la preparación de los docentes de la primera infancia, para el enfrentamiento al cambio climático. Se emplearon métodos de investigación del nivel teórico, empírico y matemático, así como el criterio de especialistas para la validación del producto multimedia. Aun cuando se conoce la importancia de la formación integral del individuo, sobre todo en el conocimiento de las manifestaciones y cómo actuar ante el cambio climático, se evidenció en la triangulación de los instrumentos aplicados regularidades, dadas en el limitado conocimiento teórico y didáctico por parte de los docentes sobre el tema y como insertar estos saberes en las actividades del proceso educativo con los niños de la primera infancia. Como resultado científico se propone una multimedia por ser un medio informático interactivo y novedoso que permite ofrecer el conocimiento y la didáctica del tema a los docentes, la misma cuenta con fuentes bibliográficas, materiales docentes a consultar, videos, glosario de términos, actividades educativas, juegos didácticos, planificación del día para diferentes años de vida y orientaciones a la familia, dirigidos al tratamiento de acciones y problemáticas ambientales sobre el cambio climático. |

The preparation of the teaching staff to face climate change, responds to the transformations and social demands of the educational system in the III improvement, representing a necessary task and impact for Cuban society. The objective of the article is to offer a multimedia proposal that contributes to the preparation of early childhood teachers to face climate change. Research methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical level were used, as well as the criteria of specialists for the validation of the multimedia product. Even when the importance of the integral formation of the individual is known, especially in the knowledge of the manifestations and how to act in the face of climate change, it was evident in the triangulation of the instruments applied regularities, given in the limited theoretical and didactic knowledge on the part of teachers on the subject and how to insert this knowledge into the activities of the educational process with early childhood children. As a scientific result, a multimedia is proposed because it is an interactive and innovative computer medium that allows to offer knowledge and didactics of the subject to teachers, it has bibliographic sources, teaching materials to consult, videos, glossary of terms, educational activities, didactic games, planning of the day for different years of life and orientations to the family, directed to the treatment of actions and environmental problems on climate change. |
