Abstract:	Este texto analiza el tópico de que las actuales migraciones internacionales están estrecha, simple y directamente relacionadas con el resurgir de las ideas y de los comportamientos racistas. Para desentrañar la densidad de este tópico, parte de una perspectiva dinamista y construccionista que, insistiendo en la complejidad de los fenómenos sociales, no se conforma con reducir el racismo a los discursos de las formaciones de extrema derecha ni a las agresiones físicas y verbales que los migrantes padecen, sino que pone el acento en los procesos sociopolíticos y cognitivos en cuyo seno se estructura y difunde una conceptualización dominante de las migraciones que, reduciéndolas a un problema o a una amenaza, hace que las prácticas y retóricas antiinmigrantes sean más fácilmente asimilables por las poblaciones. En suma, el artículo llama la atención sobre la densa y compleja articulación entre política, violencia y alteridad.
Abstract:	This text analyzes the topic of the nowadays close relation between the international migration and the resurgence of the racist ideas and behaviors. To explore the density of this topic, it leaves from a dynamic and constructivist perspective that, insisting on the complexity of the social phenomenon, do not reduce the racism to a series of discourses of the extreme right nor to the acts of violence, phisics or verbals, against the immigrants; but it leads to a deep social political and cognitive processes where the development and the disemination of a dominant meaning of the migrations takes place, reducing them to a problem or an eminent danger, what makes that the practices and retorics antiimmigrants might be easily comprehensive by the population. In sum, the article enphazises the complex articulation between political, violence and the alterity.
