Resum:	Las mujeres trans (MT) identificadas como uno de los grupos poblacionales con mayores niveles de vulnerabilidad y exclusión social, están situadas en los márgenes de las diversas esferas sociales. Presentamos condiciones constituyentes de la vulnerabilidad social en un grupo de MT de Cali, Colombia, tomando como referente teórico el enfoque AVEO. El abordaje fue cualitativo descriptivo, aplicamos once entrevistas semiestructuradas y dos grupos focales. Entre los activos destacamos: soporte familiar (que no es la regla), solidaridad de género y reivindicación de derechos. Entre los pasivos: precaria condición socioeconómica, discriminación, consumo de alcohol y SPA, deficientes relaciones familiares, trabajo sexual en calle. Fueron categorías problemáticas en la estructura de oportunidades: cuidado, protección y atención. La suma de los generadores de vulnerabilidad social que experimentan las MT afecta a su bienestar; los pocos activos y la debilidad de la estructura de oportunidades no son suficientes para hacer frente a su fragilidad.
Resum:	Trans women (TWS), identified as one of the population groups with the highest levels of vulnerability and social exclusion, are located on the margins of the various social spheres. We present the constituent conditions of social vulnerability in a group of TWS in Cali, Colombia, taking the AVEO approach as a theoretical reference. The approach was qualitative descriptive, we applied eleven semi-structured interviews and two focus groups. Among the assets we highlight: family support (which is not the rule), gender solidarity and demand for rights. Among the passives: precarious socioeconomic condition, discrimination, alcohol and PAS consumption, poor family relationships, street sex work. The following were problematic categories in the structure of opportunities: care, protection and attention. The sum of the generators of social vulnerability experienced by the TWS affects their well-being; the few assets and the weakness of the structure of opportunities are not enough to address their fragility.
