La poésie se trouve souvent négligée dans l'étude de l'intermédialité cinématographico-littéraire, qui fait souvent la part belle aux oeuvres et registres narratifs et dramatiques. L'influence de la poésie sur le cinéma n'est cependant pas négligeable : c'est ce que l'on entend montrer par l'étude de quelques « ciné-poèmes ». Nous mettrons ainsi en lumière, d'une part, quelques exemples de poèmes ou recueils poétiques portés à l'écran (« L'Onda » de d'Annunzio par Ermano Olmi, Les Illuminations par François Reichenbach, Les amours jaunes par Jean Rollin), et d'autre part, à travers l'analyse des relations établies entre l'oeuvre originale et l'oeuvre seconde, la poéticité propre à l'adaptation, qui estmarquée non seulement par l'identification mais aussi par l'écart. |

Poetry is often neglected within the studies of intermediality between film and literature, which often favor narrative and dramatic works and approaches. Nevertheless, the influence of poetry upon cinema should not be neglected: that is what we intend to show through the study of a few « cinepoems ». We shall examine some examples of poems or poetry books that have been brought to the screen (d'Annunzio's « L'Onda » by Ermano Olmi, Les Illuminations by François Reichenbach, Les amours jaunes by Jean Rollin), and, through the analysis of the relations established between the original work and the secondary work, we shall discuss the specific poeticity of adaptation, marked not only by identification but also by distance. |
