La mujer se convierte en protagonista de las reivindicaciones laborales de los trabajadores en conflicto en tres supuestos (Roca Radiadores, Motor Ibérica y LAFORSA). La esposa o la compañera sale de la esfera reproductiva, ligada al ámbito privado, a la casa u hogar y al no trabajo- en el sentido de trabajo no remunerado-, para estar presente en el espacio público, normalmente reservado para el hombre.
